We offer a range of janitorial services for residential and commercial needs. These cleanings are offered daily, weekly, monthly, or any rotation depending on the need of the customer. Customized checklists are created between the customer and our company to insure the most thorough cleaning is delivered every time.

Meet the Owner

Samuel Steinmetz IV (Sam) has an excellent history of sales and customer service. Samuel began his sales career in the automotive industry where he won the “Presidential Performers Guild” award for sales and customer satisfaction each year of employment. Samuel’s career grew to selling for a global manufacturing company where he increased sales every year and established an excellent rapport with his customers.

Sam graduated from Medaille College with a Bachelor in Business Administration. This knowledge coupled with years of global & domestic sales has given Samuel the ability to run a successful and organized company.

I have always dreamed of owning my own company. Not just for profit, but to see the result of my hard work reflect in the satisfaction of my customers. I provide a valuable service for hard working people like myself that is reliable, trustworthy, and detailed oriented. It is my hope that my company will be synonymous with quality.
